As long as the replacement parts are available from our suppliers, we are able to repair most garage door mechanisms and frames. We also hold many of the more common part within our own stock.
In general it is difficult to say accurately as each repair may require a different amount of work, common repairs usually take will take between 20 mins to 1 hour.
If you are not home during the time of repair this is not a problem, as long as access to the garage can be arranged either by leaving a key with a neighbour, leaving a key in a safe position, or possibly leaving the garage door unlocked. The engineer will then complete the work and can either return the key to the neighbour or safe place, or post the key through the letter box of your property.
As general practice we book all of our appointments in advance by about 2-3 working days, (during busier times this may increase due to demand).
Yes we do repair many different old garage doors. We are able to repair these using replica parts that are still currently produced even though the manufacturer may be out of business.

I’m always a bit weary of businesses with a 5/5 review but I checked the reviews and they seemed legit. And I can tell you by my AMAZING experience with Uzi he truly is 5+ stars. I had a spring on my garage door snap, I called and he said he could be there in a half hour. I let him know that my door was quite old and if he thought I needed a new one I would buy one.Uzi came out and replaced my springs and let me know I didn’t need a new door, just a little bit of service. He straightened out some bent panels, replaced some missing hardware, lubed the opener and even cut away some drywall that was interfering with the door. The service was very reasonably priced and my door is now running perfectly.

During a cold spell when our garage door malfunctioned, I called and got excellent and speedy service. This was the fastest response I could find. The service man was delightful, competent, polite, and did his job well. He came on a stat holiday, repaired two door La and only charged for one. Living outside of Calgary a ways I was concerned he wouldn’t service our area but he came when he said he would and did a great job. Highly recommend and will call back when needed.

Amazing, fast, efficient and trustworthy service! A spring broke on our garage door and from the initial phone call at 5:45pm to arrival and a completely repaired door was 1 hour. Uzi not only replaced the springs but tightened up the loose brackets and everything in between to make it run smoother than ever. And gave some maintenance/wear & tear pointers to help prolong the door opener and parts. No unnecessary upselling at all. We’ll call him in a heartbeat if/when we need to in the future.

Truly cares about giving you a good service. Answered his phone immediately, was over to fix our door within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and explained it to us right away, then had all the parts ready to go and fixed our door within another 30 minutes. By the time we realized our garage door was broken to the time it was fixed was maybe an hour and a half. He was also very knowledgeable and fixed mistakes other repairmen left behind. Cable fell of the wheel and was damaged. Called Uzi first thing the next morning and he came out within the hour. My door suffered lots of damage from the bottom panel being rammed by a friend’s car when the door was mid open, the rail being hit backed up and being ignored the past few years. It led to the hinges constantly warping, the door was angled and cables kept coming out, and of course I just bandaid the problem everytime making it worse till it stopped working.Called Sunday in the morning 930 and he answered right away and booked me for 12-2 arrival time and came 1230 was professional and right to work. He let me know what he was going to do and did a very good job and was very quick with his work. With the door in poor condition it works like it was new! Great service. I will recommend them every single time for any garage door related work and use them in the future! Very overall pleased with the service.

Coil spring was broken and garage door was stuck. Uzi came in 30 minutes after my phone call. He fixed everything in no time + lubricated all moving parts at very reasonable price.Thank you. Job well done!
