Amazing, fast, efficient and trustworthy service! A spring broke on our garage door and from the initial phone call at 5:45pm to arrival and a completely repaired door was 1 hour. Uzi not only replaced the springs but tightened up the loose brackets and everything in between to make it run smoother than ever. Truly cares about giving you a good service. Answered his phone immediately, was over to fix our door within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and explained it to us right away, then had all the parts ready to go and fixed our door within another 30 minutes. By the time we realized our garage door was broken to the time it was fixed was maybe an hour and a half. He was also very knowledgeable and fixed mistakes other repairmen left behind. He showed us the issues and explained how and why it happened. He truly cares about his customers. Cable fell of the wheel and was damaged. Called Uzi first thing the next morning and he came out within the hour. My door suffered lots of damage from the bottom panel being rammed by a friend’s car when the door was mid open, the rail being hit backed up and being ignored the past few years. It led to the hinges constantly warping, the door was angled and cables kept coming out, and of course I just bandaid the problem everytime making it worse till it stopped working.Called Sunday in the morning 930 and he answered right away and booked me for 12-2 arrival time and came 1230 was professional and right to work. He let me know what he was going to do and did a very good job and was very quick with his work. With the door in poor condition it works like it was new! Great service. I will recommend them every single time for any garage door related work and use them in the future! Very overall pleased with the service.

He explained the costs to be before staring the job, did not push to increase the costs. When he arrived, he wore a mask and always kept a good distance. A couple of days ago, our garage doors “tension cable” on the right side decided to go all Chernobyl. And so, my parents and I decided to give a call to Uzi (Repairman), and he was able to set up an appointment right away to help us out. The next day around 8:00 am – 8:30 am, he arrived and diagnosed the problem right away, then started working on fixing the tension cable. He ran into various other issues in addition to what we had asked to address, but even then, he fixed them for us without question. I contacted Uzi and he responded in less than an hour. My garage door was bent on the bottom panel and the bottom rollers were rusted. We set a date and Uzi called and arrived as scheduled. Uzi replaced the rollers plus the cables and added 2 hinges to straighten the bottom panel. He was done in less than 1 hour. Excellent workmanship and reasonably priced. I called with an emergency; my garage door fell down.He was there in about 45 minutes, which beat other places that said “Emergency? 4 days”. And yes, I know I was lucky and probably caught him in between tasks. I hoped that he’d be able to get the door closed so I could arrange to get a replacement.Instead, he got the door remounted on it’s tracks and the fallen track back in place. Door works fine now. Much better results than my best hopes. Definitely did an excellent job and I’m thoroughly happy. Well, except for the whole door-falling-down thing in the first place.

Friday afternoon 5pm discovered my condo’s garage door had an issue. The right side cable had rusted and broken. The door was not level and would not open/close any more. Made a call to garagedoorrepairman.ca thinking I would need book for Monday/Tuesday and miss work. However at 7pm (on a Friday !!) he showed up at my door. Repair took about 45 mins and included both cables replaced, adjusted the motor, spring and greased up the rails. He gave advice on maintenance I could do to avoid this issue in future. Great job!!
