We are extremely pleased with the fast, friendly service, and fair competitive pricing. I phoned this morning and had a technician at our home within an hour. We had both of our garage door springs replaced and the door serviced for under $400. The technician was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to put everything back in its place, as well as discard the old springs in our garbage bin. He also showed us how to open the garage door in the case of a power outage. We really feel he went above and beyond and truly cared. An unexpected home repair is never fun, but dealing with Uzi was a great experience from start to finish! He replied to my online enquiry quickly, arrived to the appointment early and completed the Wayne Dalton spring conversion and bracket replacement in less than an hour. True to google reviews, Uzi took the time to ensure the rest of the door assembly was in proper order and even cut up the old parts so they could fit in the black bin, saving me the hassle of a trip to the dump. All this was included in the very reasonable quote he gave in his original e-mail. I was impressed there was no upcharge.Before the spring broke it was squeaky and operating intermittently. It is now smooth and quiet. I have no doubt that Uzi will stand behind his work in the unlikely event there’s another problem.Uzi is personable, efficient and seems enjoy his work. I can attest that the reviews here are completely accurate. My garage door was so mangled from an accident that I thought it would need to be replaced for sure- Uzi showed up within 2 hours of calling, straightened the metal, replace a few parts and got the door working again very quickly and at a fair cost. I had a spring on my garage door snap, I called and he said he could be there in a half hour. I let him know that my door was quite old and if he thought I needed a new one I would buy one.Uzi came out and replaced my springs and let me know I didn’t need a new door, just a little bit of service. He straightened out some bent panels, replaced some missing hardware, lubed the opener and even cut away some drywall that was interfering with the door. The service was very reasonably priced and my door is now running perfectly.

During a cold spell when our garage door malfunctioned, I called and got excellent and speedy service. This was the fastest response I could find. The service man was delightful, competent, polite, and did his job well. He came on a stat holiday, repaired two door La and only charged for one. Living outside of Calgary a ways I was concerned he wouldn’t service our area but he came when he said he would and did a great job. Highly recommend and will call back when needed.

Amazing, fast, efficient and trustworthy service! A spring broke on our garage door and from the initial phone call at 5:45pm to arrival and a completely repaired door was 1 hour. Uzi not only replaced the springs but tightened up the loose brackets and everything in between to make it run smoother than ever. And gave some maintenance/wear & tear pointers to help prolong the door opener and parts. No unnecessary upselling at all. We’ll call him in a heartbeat if/when we need to in the future.

Truly cares about giving you a good service. Answered his phone immediately, was over to fix our door within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and explained it to us right away, then had all the parts ready to go and fixed our door within another 30 minutes. By the time we realized our garage door was broken to the time it was fixed was maybe an hour and a half. He was also very knowledgeable and fixed mistakes other repairmen left behind. He showed us the issues and explained how and why it happened. He truly cares about his customers. Our spring on our garage door broke this morning. We were able to get it fixed the same day within hours. He even went above and beyond and fixed the squeaky hinges and tightened the bolts on the motor box to stop it from shaking. Great work, and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Cable fell of the wheel and was damaged. Called Uzi first thing the next morning and he came out within the hour. Uzi inspected the door and all moving parts as well as lubricated and adjusted parts for preventative maintenance. The cable was replaced as it was damaged. My door suffered lots of damage from the bottom panel being rammed by a friend’s car when the door was mid open, the rail being hit backed up and being ignored the past few years. It led to the hinges constantly warping, the door was angled and cables kept coming out, and of course I just bandaid the problem everytime making it worse till it stopped working.Called Sunday in the morning 930 and he answered right away and booked me for 12-2 arrival time and came 1230 was professional and right to work. He let me know what he was going to do and did a very good job and was very quick with his work. With the door in poor condition it works like it was new! Great service. I will recommend them every single time for any garage door related work and use them in the future! Very overall pleased with the service.

Uzi came last Sunday afternoon to repair our garage door, a spring had snapped so I couldn’t open it anymore. He also noticed couple more things not right about our garage door so he fixed those on the spot and explained a few things to me. I liked him, he’s very friendly and knows what he’s doing.
